Mission & Vision

Pastor Shartel Bell and First Lady Maya Bell are dedicated to allowing God to lead them as they grow in the ministry at Without A Doubt Faith Ministries in High Point, NC. They both have a strong desire to see the needs of the community met so that everyone can flourish. Shartel is employed with Without a Doubt Faith Ministries as the Pastor and Spiritual Counselor, and Maya works for Guilford County Schools as an Instructional Coach. They both work as a change agent in the community through various functions such as mentoring young minds, counseling, coaching, and offering resources to those in need.

In serving the community in all facets of life they devote their time and energy to educate, advocate, and feed those that are in need; both spiritually and physically. Their mission and vision is to see that no one goes without the necessary essentials in life. They truly have a heart for the people and a desire to bring unity in the community.

 Pastor Joseph E. Bass III and First Lady Lauren M. Atwell-Bass are committed to the pastorate and care of River of Life Church of God in Christ(COGIC). They are a bi-vocational couple. Joseph is employed with ResCare as a Young Adult Talent Development Consultant, and Lauren works for the City of High Point, as a Community Resources Specialist for the Community and Neighborhood Development Division of the Community Development and Housing Department.

Their passion is to see every area of people’s lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. Their vision is to serve as a vehicle whereby the lives of people are improved as they are empowered to thrive.
